All services are subject to availability and the rules and regulations of respective airlines, embassies, hotels, cruise operators, transport providers, and other third-party suppliers.
- All bookings are subject to confirmation.
- Fares and package prices may change without prior notice until full payment is received.
- Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm any service.
- A booking will only be considered confirmed once payment is received and written confirmation is issued.
- Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- We provide consultancy and documentation assistance only.
- Visa approval or refusal is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
- We do not guarantee visa approval.
- Visa fees, embassy charges, and service fees are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Airline tickets are governed by the fare rules of the respective airline.
- Some tickets may be non-refundable and non-changeable.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed strictly according to airline policy.
- Service charges are non-refundable.
- Refund processing time depends on the airline and may take several weeks.
- Package prices are based on current airfare, hotel rates, taxes, and exchange rates.
- Any increase in taxes, fuel surcharge, or currency fluctuation may result in a price revision.
- Hotel check-in and check-out timings are subject to hotel policy.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by airlines, weather conditions, visa processing, or government regulations.
- Cancellation charges depend on the nature of the service booked.
- Airline, hotel, visa, cruise, and transport cancellations are subject to respective supplier policies.
- Our service charges remain non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Clients must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
- Passport validity of at least six months is the client’s responsibility.
- Any loss arising from incorrect documentation or false information will not be the responsibility of the company.
Bliss Travels & Tours (Private) Limited acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers. We shall not be liable for:
- Visa refusals
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Loss of baggage
- Schedule changes
- Immigration decisions
- Natural disasters, political disturbances, or other unforeseen circumstances
We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, airline operational issues, or government restrictions.
Client information is treated as confidential and used solely for booking and official processing purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with unauthorized third parties.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
The following terms apply to all invoices, quotations, and confirmed bookings issued by the company.
- Discrepancy Notice
Any discrepancy must be reported in writing within 24 hours of issuance. Failure to notify will be considered acceptance of the invoice details.
- Visa & Consultancy Fees
Visa processing and consultancy fees are strictly non-refundable in case of refusal, delay, or non-issuance.
III. Package Deduction Policy
In case of visa refusal or voluntary withdrawal by the client, 25% of the total package amount will be deducted as service and processing charges. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded after adjusting non-recoverable costs.
- Service Fee Retention
The company reserves the right to retain service charges in cases where a booking is cancelled, amended, or does not proceed.
- Non-Refundable Service Charges
Service fees are non-refundable in all circumstances, including cancellations, refusals, rescheduling, or changes in travel plans.
- Price Fluctuation
Quoted prices are subject to change due to airline fare revisions, tax adjustments, fuel surcharges, hotel rate changes, or exchange rate fluctuations until full payment is received.
VII. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by airlines, embassies, immigration authorities, government actions, or events beyond our control.
VIII. Ticket Changes & Reissues
Ticket changes are subject to airline rules. Additional service charges will apply along with airline penalties and fare differences.
Some tickets may be strictly non-changeable and non-refundable. Such tickets shall be treated as “use it or lose it.”
Bliss Travels & Tours (Private) Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our official website.
